Project Overview
Ikamva Consulting was appointed to lead stakeholder engagement and market readiness initiatives supporting the introduction of electric minibus taxis in South Africa. In collaboration with Government and the Minibus Taxi Industry, the project assessed sector readiness, identified key implementation barriers, and fostered the strategic partnerships necessary to enable the successful transition to electric mobility.
