Ikamva Consulting was appointed by SAPAY to lead the implementation and industry rollout of its Electronic Fare Collection (EFC) solution within South Africa's minibus taxi industry. The project focuses on modernising fare payment systems by introducing secure, efficient and cashless payment technologies while ensuring strong collaboration with taxi associations, operators and key industry stakeholders.
